Refunds & Returns

At OsakaBeast, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

We will review each request carefully and do our best to provide a fair and reasonable solution.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Items must include original tags and packaging whenever possible.
  • Products must not show any signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations.

  • Customized or personalized items can only be returned if:
  • The item arrives damaged;
  • The wrong item was received;
  • There is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Photos or videos showing the issue

After verification, we will provide one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement or reshipment
  • Full refund

Product Care & Damage After Use

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for damage caused by improper care, washing, or handling.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Stains
  • Burns
  • Shrinkage
  • Discoloration
  • Wrinkling
  • Tears or rips
  • Bleach damage
  • Iron damage
  • Heat damage
  • Seam, button, or accessory damage

Please follow the care instructions provided with your product.

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Please contact the shipping carrier first.
  2. Contact OsakaBeast within 7 days after delivery confirmation.

We will assist in contacting the carrier and investigating the situation.

Please note that OsakaBeast is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, including lost, missing, or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your order.

OsakaBeast is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers;
  • Failed delivery attempts;
  • Customers not arranging redelivery within 30 days after the first delivery attempt.

Shipping fees will not be refunded in these situations.

How to Request a Return

Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Email address used for your order
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

After your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted and may not qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is caused by customer preference, incorrect size selection, or personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is caused by our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a defective product, or a damaged item, OsakaBeast will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refund timeline:

  • Return inspection and approval: 1–3 business days
  • Bank or payment provider processing: additional time may apply

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after purchase.

After 24 hours, orders that have entered:

  • Processing;
  • Production;
  • Shipment preparation;
  • Shipping;

cannot be canceled.
