OsakaBeast Daily Rankings — App Use Terms

These terms describe authorized use of the store owner's private ranking and task-sheet automation. The tool is for the owner and authorized internal operators. It is not offered for public registration or as a paid service, and these terms do not govern product purchases.

Authorized use

Use the app only with the owner's permission and only with store and Google account access you are authorized to grant. The app has four app-managed tabs within one configured Google workbook: three task tabs and one ranking tab. The task tabs include the two design-work tabs and Main-site Daily Listings (主站每日上款). Other tabs may exist; a separate manual or help tab is not changed by these workflows. Its spreadsheets authorization is broader than that workbook; the code's configured-file limit is not a file-specific OAuth restriction.

Keep the script project, its properties, credentials and workbook sharing restricted to authorized operators. Do not publish access tokens or client secrets, add unauthorized recipients, or use the app to access another person's information without permission. Any separate private test workbook must use synthetic data only and must not contain real Shopify or customer data.

Rankings and availability

The app displays up to ten products for the current Los Angeles calendar date and up to ten for the seven Los Angeles calendar dates including today. Rankings cover the store without a geographic filter and are ordered by net sales in USD. The workbook also shows net units sold (after returned or reversed quantities); unit counts do not determine the ranking. Net-sales amounts are used in calculation and are not written to the workbook.

Output depends on Shopify data, account permissions and service availability. Returns, adjustments and other source-data changes can affect later results. An empty period can have no products to display. Automatic ranking updates target 09:30 Beijing time; exact timing and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed. Check the actual update timestamp and status before relying on a ranking. Earlier results can remain after a failed refresh, and a write or formatting failure can require inspection and another update.

Task dates

The installable edit trigger runs under the owner's authorization. On Monday through Friday, user edits to nonempty task content or review checkbox fields from row 6 onward in any of the three configured task tabs can fill column A with the current Beijing date, only when A is completely empty and contains no formula. The date is stored as a fixed numeric value displayed as yyyy-mm-dd. Existing A values and formulas are preserved. Empty tasks are not dated, including formulas with empty results, and the edit handler does not write dates on weekends. Review dates and ID-backfill dates remain manual and are not changed.

The handler reads the edited task rows to determine eligibility. Its Google Sheets REST write changes only the eligible A-cell date and date format, leaving other task fields, formatting and validation unchanged. Script or API edits do not invoke this user-edit trigger.

Main-site Daily Listings contains the task date, image, S ID, click-through rate, add-to-cart count, sales quantity, reserved summary and review checkbox. Click-through rate, add-to-cart count and sales quantity are manually entered fields. The summary field is currently reserved and blank. The app does not synchronize these listing fields from Shopify. This tab keeps weekday edit-based task dates but is excluded from automatic overnight row movement and automatic deletion. Listing entries are removed manually after the product ID is completed.

Overnight design-sheet rollover

This separate feature is configured to insert ten rows before row 6 only in the two design-work tabs, 热销图案套版 and 每日自主开款, after midnight Beijing time on Monday through Friday, putting the fixed Beijing date in A6:A15. Existing rows move down and remain as history, retaining their text, images, S IDs and review information. The new rows receive template formatting, data validation and row height. Daily completion metadata helps prevent repeated insertion for the same date. Main-site Daily Listings is not a target of this rollover.

The first scheduled overnight run is November 2, 2026, Beijing time. This planned date does not mean that an overnight run has already completed. Installation initializes state without moving rows that day. Missed dates are not backfilled, and the weekday rule does not account for public holidays. This start date does not restrict the independent edit-date feature. Google scheduling, authorization or API failures can delay or prevent a rollover. Operators should check the workflow's status and completion markers before attempting a manual recovery; they should not blindly repeat an uncertain insertion.

Design-date and row operations use the Google Sheets REST API under the existing spreadsheet permission. They do not add a broad Google Drive permission. The app does not send email or chat messages.

Changes and stopping use

The owner can run disableDesignAutomation to pause both the task-date trigger and overnight design rollover. Ranking remains independent and can be paused with disableDailyUpdate. The owner can update or retire the app and revoke access. Pausing does not delete existing rankings, task dates, design history, date metadata or credentials. Features and permissions should be reviewed before use, and the app information and data-use notice should remain consistent with the deployed code. Describing a feature here does not enable or install it.
